Returns Policy

All returns must contain a completed returns form (please see attached form link below). The Heated Floor Shop will not accept any returns without this.


All returns must be reported to The Heated Floor Shop within 7 days of delivery and returned within 7 days after informing The Heated Floor Shop.


Please ensure you check your delivery for visible damage before signing for receipt of the delivery. Deliveries signed for, and later reported as damaged, may not be eligible for return or refund.


Any delivery costs incurred relating to returned goods that are not faulty will be deducted from the refund total.


A restocking charge of 25% applies to refunds for the return of any non faulty goods.


All returned items must be in a perfect condition with all parts, packaging, and documents intact.


Any unwanted items must be in the original packaging and unopened in resale condition.


Any returns that do not meet our requirements will not be processed.


We advise using a recorded delivery service for any returns as The Heated Floor Shop can not be held responsible for the item until we take receipt of it.
